University Information Technology Services (UITS) gives incoming freshmen and other students technology help and resources to use to be successful at Indiana University. The UITS Student Guide provides all the necessary technology and tips to freshmen so they can start school and be successful during their college experience.
Our campaign is aiming at incoming freshmen at Indiana University who want to be comfortably prepared for the next four years of their life. Since we have been freshmen before, we know how they feel. We thought it would be interesting to symbolize an alien as a new freshman student at Indiana University. The alien in this campaign is from another planet, but “On Planet IU” UITS will help students do things correctly.

Instagram Ad Series
This sponsored Instagram ad series has an alien doing different activities that UITS provides to students throughout their college careers. Having a sponsored Instagram ad is beneficial because of the easy learn more button, which would bring students to the Student Guide provided by UITS.
These posters will be placed around Indiana University’s campus in dorms, dining halls, and bus stops. Placing these eye-catching and unique posters where there is high foot traffic will increase brand awareness for UITS and make students interested to learn more.
